On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?and enter the email tied to your account. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and confirm you're using the same email you signed up with.
Verification emails usually arrive within 60 seconds. If it's been longer, check spam, then request another. Some school and corporate inboxes block third-party senders — try a personal email if you have one available.
In the app, go to Settings → Account. If you can't access your old email to verify the change, contact support@joinimpact.app from any address and include any details that can help us verify you own the account.
You can delete your IMPACT account from the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by following the steps on our Account Deletion page.
Inside the app, tap the menu on any post, comment, or message and choose Report. For urgent safety issues, email support@joinimpact.app with details and any screenshots; we review reports promptly and act in line with our Terms & Conditions. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Admins have their own console for managing cohorts, missions, and members. For questions about onboarding, billing, integrations, or program setup, email support@joinimpact.app with your organization name and we'll route you to the right person.
